  • It's all a witch hunt hoax, folks. Our Great Leader, a very stable genius, said so! We need to stop Stalinist Robert Mueller and his Storm Trooper FBI, folks. They are unAmerican and the Lord Jesus point man on Earth, the Great & Honorable President Trump, the NRA & his millions & millions of supporters ain't gonna go down without a real fight, with guns, if necessary! Snow flakes have no guns, remember!

  • That’s exactly why Michael Avenatti wants to depose the president to answer the questions you guys just raise. 1. Did he know bout the payment?
    2. When did he know bout the payment
    3. What did he do bout it ?
4 . Did he reimburse Michael Cohen ?

  • Here is an addition to this story. Currently, the prosecutors have Michael Cohens files and recoding which also include for the past 15 year his dealings with Trump and his businesses. Cohen will be indicted and is facing at least 30 years in jail perhaps a lot more. He will turn state and federal evidence on trump to lower his sentence and there is nothing trump can do to stop this. A president can't pardon someone for State crimes and therefore he can't help Cohen.

What does this mean. Trump and his family have been involved in a lot of criminal activities including money laundering for crime bosses, Russia and Iran. In the case of Iran when he did this it was treason. As to how I know this, Trump himself alluded to money laundering multiple times and Ivanka actually bragged about as a way of siting her qualifications to deal with foreign countries. So at the very least NY will put trump behind bars and there really is nothing he can do to stop this.

On the Mueller investigation Cohen know much more than he currently has admitted too. He also lied about not being in Prague when I believe Mueller has proof he was. When Cohen turns on trump he will tell Mueller what he was doing in Prague during that meeting with Russian agents. This could and would be trump's downfall as president. It also would mean anyone else that thinks they would get a pardon from trump will be sadly mistaking. Trump likes to throw people under the bus and with this he may not even have the chance to do it.

On pardons – No court would uphold a self pardon but again he can't pardon State crimes. I suspect that the self pardon was someone in the WH telling him this so he doesn't explode.Either way trump's past is all going to cave in on him. It may get worse before it gets better but trump's days are numbered and when time runs out trump will be waring a number on an orange jumper suite.

To any trump supporters. Before trying to defend trump keep in mind what is in this post are just facts and stating the reality of what is actually going on weather you like it or not.

  • Question: will the WSJ be guilty of libel and defamation of character in speculating these scenarios to the public if no proof or conviction of wrongdoing results? Question: will journalism continue to be allowed to move towards publishing sensationalist gossip for
financial gain at the expense of others reputation?

  • Since the first report of FBI "raid" I have been convinced the original "sin" under investigation — well before Trump campaign — was the Medallions. Unless I heard wrong, records of these were something the FBI wanted specially.

  • Are these guys lawyers?  They don't even have common sense.  Everyone knows what is needed to get home equity line of credit.  It is simply your income and the equity of your house, that is it.  30 year prison for fraud?  Are these two guys totally isolated from American daily life?

  • You know WSJ, whenever I see your name it reminds me of you trying to defame people with your low quality clickbait/paywall content and how people have and will keep on calling you fake news. Is Mr. Hypocrite Ben Fritz still working for you?

  • One thing's for sure, trump's no billionaire. The idea that his personal lawyer had to refinance his house in order to come up with 130,000 bucks when he's working directly for trump is laughable.

  • Either way, this is only one of many charges Trump will face in his impeachment and ultimately indictment after the democrats win the house and senate in November. 2019 will be the end of his presidency.

  • They said Cohen is going to talk now, he’s not happy with how Trump treated him after his “loyalty” sort of speak. Well, this is going to be very good and we can’t wait to hear what he has to say.
Another thing, if he talks this week what a nightmare with the immigration issue. Not to mention, these tariffs. So, interesting week ahead. Not a good time to be lacking credibility.
A bad story could be very bad for us all. The market is not doing so hot. Something to keep in mind.

  • Come on WSJ, with out discussing Shera Bechard and the Cohen $1.6 million payment to her for her abortion and silence, and Elliot Broidy's $600 million "security contract" with UAE you are failing to get to the dirt. Really two David Dennisons? How could Micheal use the same names on the NDA's? $130 vs $1.6 mil? follow the money.
